Travel Policy – Destination Entertainment
Based in Buckeye, Arizona, we regularly perform across the Phoenix Metropolitan Area and throughout the state, including Flagstaff, Tucson, Prescott, and Yuma. Brady is also available for select out-of-state and international events, quoted as all-inclusive destination packages covering travel, lodging, and transportation. All arrangements are coordinated directly with the client for a seamless experience.
AV / Space Requirements
A clear, designated performance area is required. Sound equipment can be provided upon request; a power outlet is needed when sound is used. A reserved parking space close to the venue is appreciated for loading/unloading.
Are you insured?
Yes — we are fully insured and can provide certificates of insurance (COI) upon request.
Booking Timing & Deposits
Prime dates book quickly — contact us as soon as you have a tentative date to secure your spot.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings
  • Cancellation within 30 calendar days of the event requires full payment
  • Government COVID-related shutdowns or weather/act-of-God events may be rescheduled once at no additional cost for the same services
